Like many women I know, I lead an often double, sometimes triple life trying to be the best mother, wife and self that I can be. And it's exhausting! Now that I'm in my 50s (weird to even say the number) I try to manage my schedule with some downtime looking at ways to improve my personal health and do it in a way that is enjoyable. I'm not a 'let's go to the gym' kind of a gal. I work so many long hours and also manage two high-level athletic children that every minute in my day is sucked up. So exercise has to find a way to uniquely fit into my schedule.
I'm a mom of 2 teens, wife to an adult child and lover of the work that I do on and off camera. Life is not boring in the McNabb household!
My most recent goal of becoming a Holistic Nutritionist was obtained after 3 years of studying. Another 'tick' from my list of stuff I want to get done before I kick the bucket. Don't ever let anyone tell you it's too late or you're too old to chase your dreams. I began television and hosting my own TV show in my mid 40s! Just remember, you only have one life so live it to its fullest!
